Deposits and Cancellation policy for the B&B
If booking directly with me, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking if booking more than 1 room or for more than one night, payable by cheque (payable to C L Finn) or card payment link sent to your email or smartphone. The remainder is payable on your arrival. (Please note: If booking through a booking site, the company will take full payment in advance according to their policies).
Deposits are fully refundable up to 5 days before arrival date. If cancellation is made during the 5 days to or on arrival date, refunds will be returned in full if the rooms cancelled are filled. If not, the fee for the first day of your stay will be retained.
